That is easy enough. In the first two boxes put the source square (say a7) of the intended move. In the last two boxes put the destination square (say f2).
The promotion move is different: In the first boxes put the promotion square (e8) in the third box put the promoted piece (q). Leave the fourth box empty.
Hope this helps. Ohh, and use the box arrows to see which characters each box accepts.
